2. SYNC-MANAGER.bat
   - Complete management system
   - Menu-driven interface
   - Install, test, troubleshoot
   - Create deployment packages

3. CHECK-STATUS.bat
   - Quick status check
   - Shows what's working
   - Identifies problems

4. CONFIGURE-FIRST.bat
   - Checks sync.ps1 configuration
   - Helps fix token issues

HOW TO USE:

FOR FIRST TIME SETUP:
1. Run START-HERE.bat
2. Follow the instructions
3. Choose option 1 to install

FOR CHECKING STATUS:
- Run CHECK-STATUS.bat

FOR ADVANCED OPTIONS:
- Run SYNC-MANAGER.bat

FOR DEPLOYMENT TO OTHER DEVELOPERS:
1. Run SYNC-MANAGER.bat
2. Choose option 6 (Create Package)
3. Send package to developers

IMPORTANT NOTES:
============================================================

1. You MUST have sync.ps1 properly configured in:
   %LOCALAPPDATA%\ActivityWatchSync\sync.ps1
   
2. The sync.ps1 must have:
   - Correct DEVELOPER_NAME
   - Valid API_TOKEN (not placeholder!)
   - Correct SERVER_URL

3. ActivityWatch must be installed and running

4. If sync.ps1 doesn't exist, run your developer
   setup from the web form first!

QUICK TROUBLESHOOTING:

Not syncing?
1. Check if sync.ps1 exists and has correct token
2. Make sure ActivityWatch is running
3. Run SYNC-MANAGER.bat → Troubleshoot

Want to stop sync?
- Run SYNC-MANAGER.bat → Stop All Sync

Want to uninstall?
- Run SYNC-MANAGER.bat → Uninstall
